Apologies for anyone who took offence, but there is a reason for the
comment. 
In all Western countries AFAIK we read top down left to right and that makes
the top left hand of a page a special focal point. That is why primarily the
Menu on a website will be found there. In other countries, China I believe
is one,  the direction of reading is different. Down the page right to left
so that would make for them the top right to be more the focal point.
