BTW, another problem I experience with supporthtml.oracle.com is that it
will timeout my logon after 60 minutes of inactivity.
Attempts to logout are doomed to failure, as the process gets stuck
in an endless loop. I've seen this in firefox 3.5 and IE6.
In firefox it is necessary to close the tabs being used for MOS
and delete all cookies for supporthtml.oracle.com via the cookie mgr.
