Even though I always use supporthtml, when I want to go directly to a 
document (or bug or SR), I use support.oracle.com, because the loaded 
pages are actually lighter-weight (contrary to intuition!), and still 
work as of today. The above note can be found at
https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&type=NOT&id=316366.1
(the "cmd=show&" part can be omitted)
