MOS help/video training

When I click on MOS help/video training I get all sorts
of squirrely results.  It takes me to:

Knowledge Doc 603505.1
a screen to pick my language 
a screen that says my login account was verified 
a screen that says my session has timed out
 with a button to "log in again"
a screen at Oracle iLearning login with a login box.

So, my question is, do you have to pay a separate price for Oracle
iLearning to use the MOS help or is this just broken web muck?

Is there MOS training that I can look at that I don't have to 
pay for again?
