Raj, There are several patches required for streams in the 9204 environment... OR, can you go to 9205, which contains the specific bug fixes/patches for streams.. We just "kicked" off a project to use streams; and the recommendation was to get upgrade to 9205 (of course) or obtain the series of patches for 9204 streams.
