Hi

Can you strace (include the child processes) and see where is listener
process trying to write?

There is plenty space on the disk by the way
Kernel parameter are:

kernel.shmall = 3279547

kernel.sem = 250 32000 100 128

fs.file-max = 65536

net.ipv4.ip_local_port_range = 1024 65000
