If you have 1-100 users on this 4-CPU box (and this assumes these CPUs have
a factor of 1 with their CORE equivalent) the license cost would be ($100 x
100) $10,000. Now if these are quad-core CPUs, they probably have a factor
of 2 and this would change it to a minimum of 200 user license or ($200 x
100) $20,000.
