There are really only 2 tablespaces you need/want to convert (not the
whole DB)...

I have not. 

Until there is an opportunity to rebuild the database or tablespaces
due to an upgrade or platform move, I don't think it really that
worthwhile.

LMT is nice, but converting an entire SAP database to LMT just because
I can reminds me too much of the swamp scene in 'The Longest Yard'.
