There are really only 2 tablespaces you need/want to convert (not the
whole DB)...

I have not.
Until there is an opportunity to rebuild the database or tablespaces
due to an upgrade or platform move, I don't think it really that
worthwhile.
LMT is nice, but converting an entire SAP database to LMT just because
I can reminds me too much of the swamp scene in 'The Longest Yard'.

Well technically if you wanted to convert to LMTs on
4.0B you could.
Take a look at notes: 662900 and 659487.
The title of note 662900 is "Using LMTS in R/3 releases
3.1I-4.6D"
