Good morning everyone. I hope you've all had the chance to look over the Jan. CPU. I have a question about CVE-2008-5439. Under Protocol, it says "Local", but under Access Vector, it says "Network". I don't remember seeing this combination before and they seem to be contradictory, unless I'm misunderstanding what each one means. I am under the impression that a Protocol of "Local" means that you have to be on the machine and the Access Vector of "Network" means that you don't have to be on the machine. Where have I gone wrong? Thank you, Scott Canaan '88 (Scott.Canaan@xxxxxxx) (585) 475-7886 "Life is like a sewer, what you get out of it depends on what you put into it." - Tom Lehrer.
