Hi friends,
I installed a Oracle 10g and I am facing problem to start listener service.
C:\Users\ericarmo>lsnrctl start
LSNRCTL for 64-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.4.0 - Production on 24-FEB-2012
22:35:50
Copyright (c) 1991, 2007, Oracle. All rights reserved.
Starting tnslsnr: please wait...
Failed to start service, error 0.
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

The content of listener.ora file is:

LISTENER =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))
  )

I used to create a new listener.ora and the error persist.
I am running this bd on windows environment.
When starting via windows services tool it also give error.

Any suggestion?

Regards
Eriovaldo
