Call them and request to talk to duty manager. They will get your details and most probably have duty manager calling you back shortly. If you don't have call back in 1 hour max - call again. You might want to find your manager doing that if you ain't comfortable handling that call yourself but this is the way through if you are desperate. Unbreakable
