Hey, actually experts-exchange works well for a lot of questions :)

You just have to scroll down past the ads, to get to the answers.  Some of them 
are really useful, though maybe not so much for Oracle.

Well i like the "customize google" add-on for firefox, it lets you put in 
filters, so i can filter out most of Burleson's stuff :)

the best are the ones that point to pay sites. where they list the question, 
then you have to pay them money for the answer. assuming they really do have 
the answer.

people are gaming google to get moved up in the rankings. I think it is slowly 
getting out how to move up in rankings.

question you have, and they charge you to see the answer. I hate those. Google 
is loosing its usefullness for Oracle-related searches for me... I've come to 
rely mostly in oracle-l and Tahiti... not even ML, since the crappy flash 
upgrade.
