RE: How to force HTML for MOS

When I visit that URL, it becomes
https://supporthtml.oracle.com/ep/faces/index.jspx

and "who should use this site" lists products from Siebel, PeopleSoft,
Hyperion, and JD Edwards, not Oracle RDBMS. There's a link below for
"Oracle Legacy & BEA support" that goes to MOS.

Am I missing something here?

The HTML version has been working for me (except when the site was down)
since Monday, even with Flash enabled.

Prior to today that was the case - if your browser allowed flash it
would auto redirect to the flash version of MOS, so I disabled flash.

I've tested it again since your mail and it now seems to allow me to
connect to the HTML version, whether flash is installed or not.

Let's see what happens tomorrow.....

Lisa.

LOL! That's what I get for reading:

Oh well...

Thanks!
