You may try this procedure dbms_utility.GET_DEPENDENCY.

sys@TEST>exec <sys@TEST%3Eexec>dbms_utility.GET_DEPENDENCY('TABLE','TEST','T1');
-
DEPENDENCIES ON TEST.T1
------------------------------------------------------------------
*TABLE TEST.T1()
*   FUNCTION TEST.FUN_T1_01()
*      FUNCTION TEST.FUN_T1_02()
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
