[Q] How to export from 9ir2 and import into 8.1.7?

we have two ORACLE databases one in 9.2.0.8 and
another one in 8.1.7.4.  They are on different
platform and different servers.

Can Another tell me how to "full" export from 9.2.0.8
and "full" import into 8.1.7.4?
