Did you try

drop user "1stone" cascade;

Note the quotes around the user name.

Try this in a development database first!

Subject: How to drop schema that starts with a number

I've inherited a database with two schemas that start with a number. How
they got that way, I don't know.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?

Keith
