Mladen,
Dreamweaver ultradev is a web development IDE. It can handle ASP, JSP,
HTML etc... You're thinking of Flash .. ;)

Why are people developing such pages which take forever to load and
require
macromedia plugin? I must say that I like the pages in HTML the most.
What is it that you're developing? Online tetris? If a page tells me
that it needs a plugin that I don't have, then I move on elsewhere.
