How to Check Listener home in Oracle 10g RAC

I had strange issue that with the following 2-Node 10g RAC  on solaris 10
 - 10g RAC clusterware
 - 10g ASM Home with listener.ora port 1536
 - 10g RDBMS Home with Listener.ora  port 1526

As per the Listener.log, asm Home was used before machine reboot.
After reboot, listener was started with db home which has wrong port.

So how come OCR started using db home instead of asm home 
or How i can check what is set in OCR

Please help to understand
