Hi Joel,

The main issue, after changes, and changes and understanding is:

  How can I identify if I can or cannot create a BITMAP index in the
database.
  For it I need to identify if the database has or does not have the feature
Bit-mapped indexes available.
  The solution that solved my issue is posted here in the forum.
