Oracle switched to using securefile storage for its default XMLDB repository
functionality in 11.2.0.1
Orace's XMLType datatype, used in conjunction with XML, has switched by default
in 11.2.0.2.0 from basicfile to securefile
Securefile storage was first introduced in 11.1.0.6.0. I would not use it in
this version, I have seen to many unwanted features
