Sarah means the Oracle Home Selector that came with earlier releases
on Windows. oraenv and dbhome don't exist on the windows platform.
There is a graphical tool available in 10g - its just very badly
hidden. If you fire up the 10g installer and click on installed
products you'll get the Oracle inventory screen up. This has an
environment tab, you can set the oracle home from there.
However all that is really needed is to set the PATH environment
variable so that the oracle executable directories are listed in the
correct order (and maybe the ORACLE_SID environment variable if you
don't wish to use the listener). Since I find the inventory program
fantastically slow at doing this I tend to do what Ron suggested and
create a script to set the path.
