Gridcontrol / Dataguard

Hi,

For sometime I have been receiving the log above from sqlnet.log of my
dataguard(jupiter) server:

We do not have Dataguard Broker (DGB) and we dont want it. Any ideas in
pinpointing why the system is generating the logs?
