I struggled with this myself. I hated GRID in the beginning as a
replacement for OEM. It turns out there is an OEM for 10g DBs. I think
it's on the client install. I haven't seen it, but I understand it's
there.

Subject: Grid Control replacing OEM

Has anyone been able to view a 10g DB w OEM? I'm having difficultly
transitioning to Grid Control or dbcontrol. At this point I'm finding it
awkward and time-consuming using it as a replacement for OEM. How is
everyone else transistioning? I'm considering using Quest Tools instead.
