Grid Control and Standard Edition

Does anyone know what, if any, special licensing is required to use Grid
Control (10gR2) to monitor Oracle Standard Edi (10gR2)?  We're mostly an
enterprise shop but are getting a "package deal" 3rd party app on
standard.  We still want to do our monitoring/backs/etc through Grid
Control but are unsure how licensing works w/ regard to Standard Edi.
