Usually has to do with, either the Web server not being up (i'm sure that's not 
the problem /wink)  opmnctl startall... or ports.  Which port are you using for 
Grid?  4889?

We created a new Grid Control Server and repository running Grid 10.2.0.5.  
Attempts to access the system get a "page not found" error.  Nothing in apache 
log files.  Any suggestions on where else to look.
