I did send this out originally last Thursday and received numerous good
answers.
Apparently it was resent over the weekend by Outlook on my notebook when
I had to fire it up Sat. night.

I've just started "Oracle Wait Interface: A Practicle Guide to
Performance Diagnostics & Tuning" by Oracle Press
and so far I've found it really good.

unimpressed with the Burleson book. Said he wished he hadn't spent the
