RE: GRID

Sounds like a good idea if you can get all the alerts in one place by doing 
that but I don't use Grid Control - only the individual DB Consoles, so it's 
not an option for me.  I'll keep it in mind if I ever decide to go through the 
effort to implement Grid Control, but so far I haven't found any compelling 
reason to deploy another DB/App to manage.
