Our developers use it regularly. I do end up having to kill a couple of
sessions a month for them.
One thing that helped greatly was adjusting the setting for 'debug session
timeout'. Its on the options menu under procedure editor->debugging.
It appeared to be if what you were debugging ran longer than that time
something got all hosed up and I had to kill processes.. Set that to 999 and
almost all the problems with hung sessions have gone away.
Never got an answer as to who's problem that really was (Oracle's or Toad's).

So, you are the only one..
I get gazzillion requests from our Developers to kill their hung TOAD sessions
when they play with
this debugger thing. I doubt if this is a completely bug free begugger!!
