cwatrticki on twitter is directly from oracle support on twitter . bring up 
your concerns there .
The new My Oracle  support for me works better on my Ubunut than Windows . IE  
definitely crashes always and firefox support always complains they never 
recieved m y uploads but on Ubuntu /Firefox everything is normally ok.
