accessing data in Oracle's address space is undeniably faster than cache
out in storage. Oracle doesn't cache everything in the SGA though.

I dont know how to do that but is it a good idea to assign another cache
layer to Oracle or better get a bigger SGA? I have heard all sort of
opinions...
