Errr.....no.
tranportable tablespaces were introduced in 8i.
In 9i the feature was widely available and relatively
error free, you should be able to use it.
Or at least, so does sayeth Part No. A96520-01,page 12-3,
the Oracle Data Warehousing Guide, release 2(9.2).
Look it up, whenever "unbreakable Oracle" decides
to return the tahiti manuals to the www...

Why do you need to export/import?
Whatever it is, are transportable tablespaces an option?
I've found these are a lot better to transfer tablespaces
across systems than any other method: you basically save
the metadata using export/import and then copy the files
across using whatever the OS provides for that purpose.
