RE: Error While invoking lsinventory

How to set the class path. More over when i issue

opatch lsinventory
opatch pickups the java location as below

Oracle Home : /usr/local/oracle/product/9.2.0.8_64
Oracle Home Inventory : /usr/local/oracle/oraInventory
Central Inventory : /usr/local/oracle/oraInventory
   from : /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc
OUI location : /usr/local/oracle/oui
OUI shared library :
/usr/local/oracle/oui/bin/solaris/liboraInstaller.so
Java location : /usr/local/oracle/jre/1.3.1/bin/java

where as when i issue opatch lsinventory -jre /usr/java -detail -all it
shows java path as below

Oracle Home : /usr/local/oracle/product/9.2.0.8_64
Oracle Home Inventory : /usr/local/oracle/oraInventory
Central Inventory : /usr/local/oracle/oraInventory
   from : /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc
OUI location : /usr/local/oracle/oui
OUI shared library :
/usr/local/oracle/oui/bin/solaris/liboraInstaller.so
Java location : /usr/java/bin/java

My guess is that this is a classpath issue. Make sure that your
classpath is set correctly.

Yes every think set correctly. It is working fine when i use
opatch lsinventory -jre /usr/java -detail -all

Make certain your ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID and PATH are
set correctly.

                Hi ,

While invoking opatch lsinventory . I get the below
error

                Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/transform/Source
                        at
opatch.LsInventory.getOneOffList(LsInventory.java:671)
                        at opatch.LsInventory.main(LsInventory.java:243)

                Result:

                There is no Interim Patch

Do we have any workaround for it..

                Thanks and Regards,
