Your use of caps to place emphasis on EVENT seems to suggest
that those folks that suggested using the 'oerr' command to get information
on the event don't seem to understand that you are asking about an event
and not an error.

The reason for this suggestion is the fact that event #'s ans the
description
of them are included in the orausb.msg file, which on linux and unix systems
is easily accessed via the 'oerr' command.

Then again, maybe I have completely misunderstood.

IAC, the lack of further response here indicates you will likely need to
find
a forum for PeopleSoft with a focus on the database, or PeopleSoft support.

Oh wait, that's now Oracle Support.  :)
