Design of RAC primary to RAC standby on 11gr2

Hi,
we have a small application having QA & Prod.
QA - 2 node RAC: 11.2.0.3 : RHEL 5.8 - Datacenter A
Prod: 2 node RAC : 11.2.0.3 RHEL 5.8 - Datacenter B

can I configure Dataguard in the above scenario, using prod as primary & QA
as secondary for DR solution ?

Any inputs strongly appreciated.
