Hi

I am working as a PL/SQL and Report Developer in a software company in Inida 
with 4years of Exp.
I want to move to Database and Datawarehouse Designing.
Kindly suggest me how can I proceed in this direction.
Is Oracle training conducted by oracle univ is of any help?
