If you have licensing for Diagnostic and Tuning pack, then try this.
DBA_HIST_TABLESPACE_STAT
Tablespace Historical Statistics Information
DBA_HIST_TBSPC_SPACE_USAGE
Tablespace Usage Historical Statistics Information
select * from DBA_HIST_TBSPC_SPACE_USAGE order by tablespace_id, rtime asc
Mine only goes back to 05/28/2010 00:00:30
