Some time back I recall someone telling of this trick. Unfortunately,
they stated that later versions of Oracle may sprinkle the character set
information in various places in the export file, so its not a simple
header section fix any more. Unfortunately I did not write down the
details, but I think the behavior changes at 9.X. In any case, caution
is in order.
