which can shrink the dump files by 10-15%.
In this release, Data Pump adds the ability to compress the entire dump file

Has any one heard if 11G Data Pump is going to
support compression?
In some cases, while we would love to go to data
pump, we donʼt have the disk to hold it until it gets compressed.
