great question, and I'm glad I don't live in, or do business with, an affected timezone:) It looks to me as though it will be version and install dependent (some versions seem to require deletion of shared libraries, whilst others don't). I'd be logging an SR. I love the caution to check your own java code outside the database to see whether you need the patch or not, what a straightforward step that is!
