Yes, it is. Try "start" "run" "cmd"

Which runs "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CMD.EXE"

I'm running my 9.2 on XP Prof. SP1. I need DOS at my Command Prompt
but cannot find it. Is it on XP? If so, where is it?

        Thanks,
