Paul,

gotta look into my file, but I'm pretty sure this was one of the papers I
was working from.

You think one of these 3 could be contacted about who actually has this
working?

Nitin Vengurlekar , Waleed Ojeil, Paul Tsien

Thanks, that's a good paper. I still need a mapping library from HP, though....

Have a look into following paper if that can be of any use

                Hi Tanel, Paul!

I tried implementing this last year and got nowhere.
Another guy and I had outstanding posts, but no one got
back to either one of us.

The libraries I needed were available but the damn thing
still didn't work.
Instructions seemed pretty clear. Tried it on SUN box and I
believe the database was 9.2.0.4 <http://9.2.0.4/> at the time.
Veritas told me they would have someone get back to me and they
never did.
Makes for great reading on website tho.

                    Larry

I only know that Oracle had such library for EMC, haven't seen
any for other vendors (at least for 9i).

Maybe it has changed with ASM now, but don't know..

Anyone have any idea whether vendors are supplying the
mapping libraries required to use DBMS_STORAGE_MAP? I don't see much about
this topic on MetaLink, nor was I able to find much via Google ("HP EVA Oracle
mapping library")....
