And those are very good articles. I read them and I can wholeheartedly 
recommend them. By far the most exhaustive and most detailed literature
about FGAC is Arup Nanda's and Don Burleson's book about Oracle Security
and HIPAA (Rampant Books), so if anyone needs FGAC done from the scratch and
applied to heatlh insurance and HMO's, that would be a good place to start.
