Could you have misread the output, and the actual error nujber be 02709:

02709, 00000, "osnpop: pipe creation failed"
// *Cause:   The pipe driver failed to create pipes for two-task communications
//           with the oracle shadow process.
// *Action:  You have probably exceeded the maximum number of open file
//           descriptors per user or the system file table is full.  Note the
//           operating system error code and contact your system administrator.

I am created new database on LINUX/ORACLE 10.2.0.4 (64 bits).  I don't have any
error, but after startup database I always get error message on alert.log:

Errors in file /home/app/oracle/admin/REC64/bdump/rec64_dbw0_26825.trc:
ORA-27090: Message 27090 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA

any ideal?

Thanks.
