Glad you got it figured out.  You might want to look into installing the
Enterprise Manager Diagnostic Kit.  If you ever have to open a TAR (or
whatever they're called these days) with Oracle, you need to provide some
output from this anyway.  But it's got some neat tools that let you do some
troubleshooting from the OMS Server/Repository side.

It installs the MGMT_DIAG package that, when run as the sysman user, not
only lets you see problems and potential problems, it sometimes (I don't
think they've actually perfected this yet) lets you fix them.  You can fix
more things with it if you ignore the documentation when it appears not to
work and play with the syntax.
