I usually don't touch them with a 10 foot pole! But given this is a recent 
upgrade to 11.2.0.3 an we hit a few optimizer problems, I installed the PSU. 
After checking the contents and testing in dev for a while, of course.  That's 
where I found the transportable ts problem.
PSUs usually have fixes to real software issues as opposed to imaginary 
security 
ones (and bugs!) in the CPUs. And by the time PSUs get done, CPU issues are 
usually flushed out and fixed.  This one must have escaped the net, or I am an 
optimist...
