Thanks. One of Oracle Database Server with Windows 2000 is being reimaged with
Windows 2003 may be in couple of weeks so I asked that question. Is there any
metalink note about this?

In principle absolutely - if you were moving from 32bit to 64bit there *might*
be some further work to do, but same db release would be fine.
