ClearCase initial load from an Oracle database?

We're going to start using ClearCase for our version control and I was
wondering if there were any tools available to create an initial
baseline for all the objects?
Years ago (2000?) I set up version control in Microsoft VSS and at that
time Quest had a tool associated with SQL Navigator that would export
files usable by VSS. I'm hoping something similar is available for
ClearCase so we don't need to create each object individually.
Any experience with this?
