Best Practises/parameters for speeding Datapump

Folks
Using Datapump need to export & import a 700 GB Table having a LONG
Column (containing JPEGs).
Any Rough Estimate on Time needed for the same?
What best practices / parameters are Advisable to speed up the same?
Any Links will help.
Config:-
Oracle 10gR2
Solaris 10
SunFire - 8 CPUs
RAM 32 GB
