Any Oracle Apps DBAs from Canada out there?

Hi!

I was wondering whether there are any Oracle Applications DBAs from Canada 
on this list?

We are fairly new to Apps here, and we are currently trying to convince 
management, that Apps DBAs are different from "regular" Oracle DBAs. Plus 
we are also in the process of negotiating salaries accordingly. So I would 
greatly appreciate any input concerning these matters.

We are located in Vancouver, BC.
