I thought James Morle did such a tool...If I recall correctly, he originally 
wrote about it in his Scaling Oracle 8i book....and then he updated it (the 
software, not the book) a couple of years ago....I think...

Can't remember the name of it to save my life, though....

That looks like a nice tool, but I read the product description page for 
spClientMonitor and didn't see anywhere that it mentioned the capability to 
replay its captured SQL statements - did I miss it somewhere?  If so, can you 
please send the specific link and quote to help me find it?

You could check spClientMonitor software here http://www.spviewer.com/ which 
seems to have this functionality.
